The 2003 Protector 28 Targa is a purpose-built offshore RIB, combining military-grade construction with exceptional ride quality and versatility. Designed and built in New Zealand by Rayglass Boats, Protectors are widely respected among professional operators, law enforcement, military personnel, and serious recreational boaters.
Built with a deep-V fiberglass hull and a heavy-duty Hypalon inflatable collar, DEVOCEAN offers superior stability, shock absorption, and safety—making it an ideal support boat, tender, regatta mark/safety boat, or high-performance recreational boat. Featuring a well-protected interior and easy walk-through access to the bow makes moving around the boat a breeze.
DEVOCEAN has had many upgrades, including:
- Real teak decks in cockpit and foredeck, installed by Jamestown Boatyard in 2012.
- Retubed by 84 St. Boatworks, FL in 2015.
- Twin 2022 Yamaha F150 outboards.
